Growing your business through podcasting with Colin Gray

Do you listen to podcasts?

Have you been thinking about starting your own podcast show?

In this week’s episode, I interview Colin Gray (a.k.a. The Podcast Host), who helps people to start and run successful podcasts. Colin started his career in university, teaching lecturers how to use technology more effectively. That’s when he first came across and learnt about podcasting back in 2008. Fast-forward to today, and Colin hosts his own podcast, The Podcraft Podcast, runs a membership to help people start and run successful podcasts, and provides podcasting software through altitude.com. In our interview, Colin and I talk about what makes a great podcast show and discuss the various formats you can choose from (and why) when it comes to podcasting. Also, stay tuned until the end, when Colin and I compare notes about our speaking careers, and Colin shares a great tip that will help you evaluate whether being a speaker is right for you and your business.

You will learn…

  1. How to create a unique angle for your podcast show.
  2. What a ‘seasonal show’ is and what the benefits of creating one are (both for the host and for the audience).
  3. How a podcast show is different from a Netflix series!

And much more!
