If you're running a business, you've probably heard that you need to niche down. But why should you? And how can you do it in a way that works for you and your business?

This week on the podcast, I interview Amy Caiger, who helps business owners to get clear on their niche. Drawing on her extensive marketing background, Amy helps her clients to stand out by getting clarity on what they do and attract more of the right customers, which Amy calls 'A list clients'. Not to mention that niching down helps you become a better expert at what you do, and people want to work with specialists and not generalists.
