Louise Humphrey is a pilates teacher who has been teaching Pilates for over 17 years in her local area. During a summer break, Louise came up with the idea of her 10 minute Pilates as she wanted her clients to keep practicing throughout the break. She founded Studio 44 Pilates, an online membership for busy people who find it hard to commit to a regular Pilates class.
