Running a successful family business across multiple countries, with Esther Ocampo

If you were to move countries, would you be able to keep running your business?

Wouldn’t you love to be able to serve clients all over the world?

Esther Lawson de Ocampo is based in Northern Ireland but owns a family-run digital marketing agency that operates in Mexico and the US and has clients in several other countries. Through her agency, IPA Group, Esther, her family, and their staff provide services in both English and Spanish. In this interview, Esther shares how she overcame the challenge of moving countries and starting all over. She may have moved across the world twice (from Northern Ireland to Mexico and back), but despite leaving Mexico, she’s managed to keep her very successful business running. Tune in to find out how and hear Esther’s fascinating story.

You will learn…

  1. How to approach warm leads (people you’ve met in person or that you’ve interacted with online).
  2. Why it’s important to keep your skills up-to-date, especially in the online and digital world.
  3. Why attending networking and business events can directly contribute to the success of your business.
